No, listing products is free. Fees are only applied when a sale is made.
Can buyers and sellers communicate directly?

Can A Vendor Purchase Products from the Store?
Vendor accounts have the same capability as the customer account but a vendor is not allowed to purchase a product owned by that particular vendor.
