1. Use of Platform

Indigee connects independent sellers and buyers. Sellers are responsible for their listings, product descriptions, pricing, and the fulfillment of orders. Buyers are responsible for reviewing listings before making purchases.

2. Fees & Payments

Indigee charges a 3% service fee on each product sold. Additionally, sellers are subject to a 3% transaction fee, which covers payment processing costs. These fees are automatically deducted at the time of payout to the seller.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for keeping your account details secure. Any activity under your account is considered your responsibility.

4. Prohibited Activities

Any fraudulent activities, policy violations, or abuse of our platform may result in account suspension or termination.

5. Modifications to Terms

Indigee reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting.
